Our estimated processing time and turnover (due to Candle Making and Wax Melts) is 1-4 business days + shipping time.
- Once your package has been sent out, you will receive an email with a tracking number!
- We do not post to PO BOX or Parcel Locker Addresses. If you place an order with either, it will automatically be cancelled.
Please note, once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise.

Please note, due to COVID-19 our shipping times could be extended and may take up to 10 business days to arrive (UK). Everyone at The Tropical Flame appreciates how amazing our customers have been, and we appreciate your patience during these uncertain times.
Orders are usually dispatched within 4 business day. Please note that when we experience a very high amount of orders, it can take up to 6 business days for your order to be dispatched.
We ask all customers to please provide as much information as possible when checking out. Adding a phone number and an email address is also advisable so that drivers can contact you in case they are having trouble. Please note, if you did not receive your delivery due to not being at the delivery address, we will refund the amount of the products when they arrive back at our Address. We cannot take responsibility for deliveries that are missing due to not being at the address or an incorrect address. We do not cover any import taxes if applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased from The Tropical Flame are carefully packed with love and care! Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
If this so ends up happening, for breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via our contact page, or email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of you receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of The Tropical Flame.
In rare circumstances, packages may be lost by the courier. If this applies, we issue refunds after confirmation from the courier or 20 business days. If you have not received your item after 20 business days, please contact us. In no circumstances do we refund or reissue products until the 20 business day (from receipt of the order) has been met. We are also unable to refund delivery costs due to delays on behalf of the courier service.
